Hi, I'm Maurice J. Goguen and I'm happy to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you. I have over thirty years experience in the Home Remodeling field and it seemed only natural that I would become fascinated with the SELL/BUY aspect of Real Estate.
In 2015, I went to The Bay State School of Real Estate in Worcester, MA. and have loved the work I've done since graduating and becoming licensed in real estate sales.
Creating strategic marketing strategies for clients is a passion of mine. I combine my knowledge of remodeling, property management, leasing, rentals, sales and buying, along with an understanding of the market to my greatest advantage for you, my client.
